How to obtain the Transcript of Records

The Transcript of Records is an official document confirming the list of completed courses and the final grades obtained by a student during the Erasmus+ mobility period.

  1. Completion of courses

Before a Transcript of Records can be issued, students must ensure that:

  • - all courses included in their Learning Agreement have been completed,
  • - all grades have been officially submitted by course instructors in the university system,
  • - there are no pending assessments or examinations.
  1. Notification to the Erasmus+ Coordinator

Once all grades have been finalized, students are required to inform the Erasmus+ Coordinator directly.

This step is essential. The Coordinator does not automatically receive notifications about the completion of all assessments. The document can only be prepared once the student confirms that their academic results are complete.

  1. Preparation of the Transcript

After receiving confirmation from the student, the Erasmus+ Coordinator prepares the Transcript of Records within up to 3 working days.

The document is then forwarded to the International Office, which is responsible for administrative processing and official distribution of documents.

  1. Issuance of documents

The International Office informs the student when the Transcript of Records and other departure documents are ready. Students collect or receive the complete set of documents directly from the International Office.

Important information

Please note that the Erasmus+ Coordinator is an academic staff member (research and teaching personnel) whose primary responsibilities include teaching and scientific work.

Coordination of the Erasmus+ programme constitutes only a part of these duties. For this reason, administrative processing and document distribution are handled by the International Office.

Students are kindly asked to direct all administrative matters to the International Office once documents have been prepared.

Grading policy

Final grades are calculated according to the Faculty grading regulations, based on the average of all assessed components within a course. The final grade is then converted using the official grading scale applied uniformly to all students.
