All individual decisions and determinations concerning the completion of the 2026/2027 academic year shall be made between 13 July 2027 and 26 July 2027, subject to paragraph 2.
In the case of students completing professional placements during the summer vacation, all individual decisions and determinations concerning the completion of the 2026/2027 academic year shall be made within 21 days of completion of the placement, but no later than 23 September 2027.
Students completing professional placements during their final year of study should complete those placements by 12 July 2027.
In order to ensure the full implementation of the study programme, the following dates are designated for making up classes that were not held:
On Tuesday, 10 November 2026, classes scheduled according to the Wednesday timetable shall be held.
On Thursday, 4 February 2027, classes scheduled according to the Friday timetable shall be held.
On Wednesday, 31 March 2027, classes scheduled according to the Monday timetable shall be held.
On Monday, 21 June 2027, classes scheduled according to the Thursday timetable shall be held.
In order to ensure the full implementation of study programmes in the fields of study offered at the University of Białystok Branch in Vilnius, the following provisions shall apply:
On Friday, 9 October 2026, classes scheduled according to the Friday timetable shall be held.
On Tuesday, 10 November 2026, classes scheduled according to the Tuesday timetable shall be held.
On Wednesday, 11 November 2026, classes scheduled according to the Wednesday timetable shall be held.
On Tuesday, 2 February 2027, classes scheduled according to the Wednesday timetable shall be held.
3 and 4 February 2027 shall remain at the Dean’s disposal for the possible rescheduling of classes that were not held due to the establishment of rector’s or dean’s days or hours during the winter semester.
Thursday, 11 March 2027, shall be a day free from teaching activities.
On Wednesday, 31 March 2027, classes scheduled according to the Monday timetable shall be held.
On Thursday, 27 May 2027, classes scheduled according to the Thursday timetable shall be held.
On Friday, 28 May 2027, classes scheduled according to the Friday timetable shall be held.
On Friday, 18 June 2027, classes scheduled according to the Thursday timetable shall be held.
21 June 2027 shall remain at the Dean’s disposal for the possible rescheduling of classes that were not held due to the establishment of rector’s or dean’s days or hours during the summer semester.
The provisions of this Order shall apply accordingly to the Doctoral School of the University of Białystok, subject to paragraph 2.
At the Doctoral School of the University of Białystok, all individual decisions and determinations concerning the completion of the 2026/2027 academic year shall be made between 13 July 2027 and 30 September 2027.
This Order shall enter into force on 1 October 2026.
